I am Aleksandar Simic. I spent fifteen years as an entrepreneur in Germany and two years working in Dubai. Today my attention belongs to the Croatian property market – and to the people looking for a home, a second residence or a long-term investment there.
I know what it is like to make decisions in another country: different processes, a different language, new faces. That is why I rely on what builds trust – clear words, short paths and being personally available.
